New Zealand

For me, New Zealand means unique nature and lanscspes. I am fascinated by shapes of the iconic puhutukawa trees that bloom in vibrant crimson red at Christmas time. Another long time favourite are the shapes and graphics I see in mountains. I first came New Zealand in 1986, and sketched to my heart's content. Back then my preferred medium was watercolours.
